Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

This section of the application form is designed to help you, and us, understand if you are eligible for this grant. It is important that you complete these questions before any others to ensure you do not waste your time applying for an unsuitable grant.

Before proceeding, please confirm the following:

• you have read and understood the program guidelines 
• you have not received a Junior Development Grant during the current financial year
• you are able to demonstrate alignment between the event / activity and the aims of this program
• you reside in Campaspe Shire Council
• you will be 18 years of age or younger at the time of the representative event / activity to which you have been selected
• you have been selected by the relevant peak state or national body (as required for the representative event) and can provide documentation supporting your selection
• your application has been submitted prior to the commencement of the representative event
