The SPARK – Arts & Cultural Grants Program supports local creative projects, new ideas and artistic practice across Campaspe Shire.
Council welcomes applications from:
• Individual artists and creatives.
• Cultural practitioners.
• Arts groups or collectives.
• Community organisations working with artists.
This program shows Council’s commitment to strengthening the local creative sector and recognising how arts and culture contribute to community connection, wellbeing and the local economy.
Program objectives
The grants aim to:
• Support local creatives.
• Encourage a wide range of arts and cultural activity.
• Increase participation for Campaspe’s priority communities.
• Strengthen the creative identity of Campaspe Shire.

Applications close: Friday, 20 November 2026, 5pm
Outcomes announced: Monday, 21 December 2026
Projects may start from: Monday, 4 January 2027
Projects must finish by: Friday, 26 November 2027
Acquittals due: 4 weeks after project completion, no later than Friday, 10 December 2027.
